Alexis McKeown is a Canadian photographer, specializing in studio portraiture. She has a passion for showing her subjects their true beauty and for creating contemporary, magazine-style portraits for everyday people.

Alexis is inspired by fashion, performance art, classical paintings and sculpture, as well as her love of human faces and form. She is focused on creating portraits with character and depth that tell human stories. The study of light, expression, communication and movement are constantly informing her work.

With a studio in the beautiful Rocky Mountain town of Canmore, Alberta, she is serving clients from Calgary to Banff and is also available for travel.
